About All Dunn Up

Hello and welcome to All Dunn Up. My name is Rachel Dunn, an Award Winning Milliner, based in Devon. I am married to husband Chris and Mum of 2 gorgeous boys, Harry and Finley.

Art and design has always played a key part in my life.

At a young age my Grandmother taught me the skills I needed to sew and an eye for colour.

My very first attempt at making a headpiece was when I was 16. For my Art GCSE I made an elaborate headdress for the Rio carnival. From that moment on I’ve been interested in fashion, particularly accessories and millinery, with a passion and flair for design.

I began creating hats and fascinators for family and friends and it was their positive endorsements which led to the launch of ‘All Dunn Up’.

I have trained with many top milliners and recently completed a qualification for millinery through the Katherine Elizabeth Millinery and Business Academy.

My greatest accolade to date is winning an award at the South West Wedding Awards for best wedding accessories in the South West.

I love the fact that headwear is so different from any other item of clothing and can be the stand out dress feature. This is why the choice of headwear is so crucial and why my individuality in design is so important.

My pleasure comes from seeing my clients looking glamorous and confident wearing their ‘All Dunn Up’ creation.

In 2021 I became a member of The British Millinery Association. The British millinery Association is an inclusive community of people who are passionate about hats, learning new millinery skills and preserving the heritage of millinery. We are proud to be British Milliners
